Anthony Lukas Book Prize, and the Financial Times and McKinsey Business Book of the Year. His writing has appeared in The New Yorker, the Financial Times, New York magazine, The Wall Street Journal, Rolling Stone, and GQ. He lives in Los Angeles, California.
